At Not Field Notes ("we," "our," or "us"), we take pride in delivering high-quality notebooks and stationery products. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help. This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, refunds, and order cancellations are accepted.
By placing an order on www.notfieldnotes.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

You received a defective product due to a manufacturing issue.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, inserts, and accessories (if any).

Proof of purchase and photographs of the product and packaging may be required to process your request.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, written in, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, quality control, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

3. Refunds

If the same product is unavailable, you may choose either:

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed or shipped.

Any eligible refund for a cancelled order will be processed to the original payment method.

Not Field Notes reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, under circumstances including but not limited to:
Product Unavailability
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Pricing or Listing Errors
If a product is listed with incorrect pricing, images, descriptions, or specifications due to technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order before shipment. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Payment Issues
Orders may be cancelled if:

Incorrect Shipping Information

8. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without prior approval from Not Field Notes or repeatedly fails to accept delivery, we reserve the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling charges from any eligible refund.
